Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either his or her business or independent professional activity:

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, has or took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form template, which is however not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in no event later than fourteen days after the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must pay for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to check the condition, properties and operation of the goods.

If you bought digital goods (assets) you must delete them immediately.

Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose only place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to ensure adequate protection against shipping damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us for home delivery.

3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
